You pack so much goodness into your newsletters!

I am definitely feeling the need to take care of my body more in my 40s, so I appreciate the wisdom you share.

I went on a (steep) bush hike with some family friends and found that although my legs felt strong, I have been neglecting cardio over the last 6 months. It was a reminder to prioritise it again.

I really had to think long and hard about your journal prompt…

…I think being near water has a way to really slow everything down and helps me to be present.

I will try and prioritise a trip to the ocean more and see what unfold from there!

Another great post - and it's so valid for life in general. Nourish the foundation section especially - run the mile you are in :)
