Your stillness challenge sounds like a good fit for me right now. I have been locked into some work stresses that are very occupying.
Unfortunately I can’t accomplish a lying down position at work. But I can take 10 minutes at lunchtime and sit in my vehicle without drawing attention and I’ll give it a shot! Then I can try a stillness break after work.
