All the best for you big big goals! I have been tweaking my schedule lately. Planner-Mika likes to schedule a lot in one day and it’s pretty jam packed, so Present-Mika needs to allow a bit of space between schedules. πŸ˜‰

Wow! 50 miles.. awesome.

As usual this blog resonates with me so much.. I practice some of the things for intense day at work as well - Meditate, exercise, eat right - breathe before key meetings - note how I am feeling...
